Shake your shoulders, twist that light bulb; this is the story of how Britain Got Bhangra!

Set in Southall, the story follows Twinkle, a gifted singer who goes from being a van driver to a Bhangra star of the 80’s. This imaginative musical takes us through his personal journey of highs and lows amidst multicultural Britain and the evolution of the Asian music scene.

Originally produced by Rifco and Theatre Royal Stratford East in association with Warwick Arts Centre.

Winner – People’s Favorite Musical - Off West End Awards 2011.
